Pioneering designer Louis Cartier imagined the Tortue watch, a tortoise-inspired shape, in 1912. At a time when all watches were round, the groundbreaking design went on to become a classic. Cartier offers both ladies' and men's models in a full range of styles, available in gold, at times set or fully paved with diamonds.

Platinum 950/1000 case, faceted crown set with a ruby cabochon, silvered opaline dial, rhodium-finish Roman numeral hour markers, rhodium-finish apple-shaped hands. Semi-matte red leather strap, with platinum 950/1000 ardillon buckle. Case dimensions: 41.4 x 32.9 mm, thickness: 7.2 mm.
