Art Of Time only accepts orders for delivery to addresses in India and offers free shipping for the same. Please note that the Company does not ship to PO boxes or hotels.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of Order Confirmation:
Standard Delivery : 5 Days
Premium Delivery: 2 Days
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your product
(a) All related accessories, if any
(b) Product User Guide, as applicable
(c) The International Warranty Card
(d) A Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable
(e) A printed gift note containing your message, if so requested by you when you place your order
You will receive an invoice that will be sent to your email address as a .pdf attachment. You may also at any time later request a hardcopy of your invoice by calling the Art Of Time Client Relation Services at +91 9773133333. Please note that we may request that you provide proper identification and the assigned Order Reference Number as a condition to complying with such a request.
The Company ensures that each order is insured during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature by an adult (18+ years) to confirm your acceptance of the product/s delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example if your purchase is a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sale contract by the Company and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.
Any non-delivery or wrong delivery of the products by the Company due to error in the information provided by You or an adult (18+ years) not being present at the time of delivery, then any re-delivery cost will be billed to You.
The Company will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural calamity, technical glitch, poor carrier performance etc.
We use business intelligence tools and applications to track orders right from pick-up to end-point delivery, including timely notifications and deviations, if any.
