Refund policy
This Return and Exchange Policy details your options on how you can cancel an order with us, how you can return your purchase, and your rights in relation to obtaining a refund or exchange.
If you are buying for a business, please note that Art Of Time (Aetas Retail Pvt Ltd) cannot add a business GST number to your invoice. You will receive a consumer invoice.
All products purchased through the Art Of Time e-boutique (Art Of Time website) may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason before your order has been shipped. To return your product/s, you can contact Client Relations and follow the instructions that will be given to you. You can also send us in writing an unequivocal statement such as a letter or e-mail to: Client Relations at Art Of Time, Waterfield Road, Bandra west, Mumbai 400050 or clientrelations@artoftimeindia.com.
Merchandise credit will be issued to you for the total value of your cancelled order that will be valid for a period of twelve months. Merchandise credit can only be used for purchases made on the Art Of Time website.
Art of time reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
RETURN PROCESS
Products that have been purchased through the Art Of Time website may only be returned to Art Of Time, Bandra in accordance with the below terms and conditions.
1. To return a product, you must follow the steps mentioned below:
(a) Call, email or write a letter to Art Of Time Client Relations
- Within 30 days of receipt for Cartier products.
- Within 7 days of receipt for all other products.
Return policy is applicable only for purchases made on the Art Of Time website.

2. Client Relations will send you a form by e-mail or ask you to complete the return form that was enclosed with your product delivery.
Please fill out the required information on the return form and sign it.
You must include in the return package
- The completed return form along with the product/s in original box and packaging
- All accessories
- Any free items you received as part of your order
- The service guide
- The Warranty Card
- Invoice
- All other documents
You may be asked to provide information about the product/s for us to make a first assessment of the condition of the product/s.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
We will verify that the returned product/s satisfies the conditions of the Return and Exchange Policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Our product/s must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original brand box and delivery packaging, including all accessories and documents. For example, timepiece bracelets that have been adjusted at your request must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control by us to ensure that the returned product/s satisfy these requirements. If the product/s do not meet Quality Control standards, we will refuse the return. If the returned produc/t satisfies Quality Control, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your own cost.
PRODUCTS YOU CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, without limitation, products that have been engraved or embossed.
Ink bottles and refills that have been opened, cannot be returned to us.
Please note, accessories that include, but are not limited to, writing instruments, diaries, organizers, bracelets etc are final sale and may not be returned.
REFUNDS
You may return a product purchased through the Art Of Time website for refund, provided that the return complies with these Terms and Conditions, in particular with (a) Right to Cancel and (b) Return Process above.
Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift (i.e. a “Gift Recipient”) be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact Client Relations at +91 97732 33333 to discuss your options.
If the return complies with these Terms and Conditions, we will use commercially reasonable endeavors to refund the purchase price to the buyer using the same means of payment as used by the buyer for the initial transaction within fourteen days after receipt of the returned item by the Art Of Time boutique. Return shipping and insurance charges will not be included in the refundable amount.
No refund option will be available due to any price change, misprint etc at any time. In such a situation, your order will stand cancelled and you will be issued merchandise credit for the total value of your cancelled order

EXCHANGES
You may return a product purchased through the Art Of Time website for exchange with another product, provided that the return complies with these Terms and Conditions, in particular with (a) Right to Cancel and (b) Return Process above.
Should a product be returned for exchange with a less expensive product, only the buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference that will be valid for a period of 12 months.
Merchandise credits can only be applied to products purchased through the Art Of Time website and cannot be applied to products purchased through the brick and mortar stores.
