2. ORDER & TRACKING
Register to create an account
To place an order on the Art Of Time e-boutique you may register and create an online account on the website. Creating an account will also allow you to save your favourite pieces to your personal wishlist, track your orders and privileged access to exclusive content and special previews of the latest launches.
To place an order as a guest without creating an online account select the "Guest Checkout" option.

You may purchase up to five products during any single online shopping session.
Once you have placed the order and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your confirmation of order. The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Art Of Time and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract. A copy of your PAN card will need to be submitted to complete the purchase.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
We support all major domestic and international credit/debit cards as convenient means of payment: We also accept wire transfers.
Cash payments up to an amount of INR 1,99,900 are also accepted.
Multiple modes of payment
Currently it is not possible for us to accept multiple payment modes for a single order. If you are ordering more than one product, we suggest that you make a separate order for each purchase if you wish to use two separate modes of payment.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
On shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion of security checks by Art Of Time, we will send you an email with your delivery and tracking details. Unfortunately, once your order is completed Art Of Time cannot modify the delivery details.
If you choose Standard Delivery, your shipment should arrive within five business days from the date of your order.
If you require Overnight Delivery (within 24 hours), please contact the Art Of Time Client Relation Services at +91 97732 33333 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed if you have requested personalization services such as engraving. In such cases, the Client Relation Services team will contact you to propose other arrangements.
We are continuing to offer home delivery, please be advised that you may experience delays in your order. For any assistance please contact our client relation services.
We provide complimentary standard delivery on all orders.
Unfortunately, we are only able to take e-Boutique orders for delivery to addresses within India.
Order on the Art Of Time E-boutique or the phone can also be picked up in the boutique of your choice, Art Of Time, Mumbai, Bandra boutique or Art Of Time, Mumbai, Napeansea Road boutique. This option is also available at the checkout.
Unable to Deliver
Please note for security reasons, an adult must be present at the time of delivery. At this time Art Of Time can only accept delivery addresses within India. Please note that Art Of Time does not ship to PO Boxes and hotels. If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to us post which any delivery charges may apply.
5. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
To return or exchange an item:

Please be aware that personalised creations cannot be returned.
6. COMPLIMENTARY E-SERVICES
All Art Of Time products purchased through the e-Boutique are carefully gift wrapped in the respective brands signature packaging and placed in a specifically protected delivery package. This is then delivered to you along with an Art Of Time shopping bag.
An option to include a personalised message on check-out, which will be printed on an Art Of Time gift card and added to your delivery package.

Art Of Time (Aetas retail Pvt Ltd) is an authorized retailer for the said brands and sources directly from the manufacturers with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and serial number identification.
9. AFTER SALES AND CLIENT RELATION SERVICES
Only products purchased from an Art Of Time boutique or the Art Of Time e-boutique receive the full benefits of the International Guarantee. This Warranty Card should be duly filled out, dated, stamped and signed by an Art Of Time boutique sales executive.
Most of the brands we retail offer an extended warranty, for each watch registered through the extended warranty program as long as its International Limited Warranty is active.
For repair or service for your watch, Art Of Time offers you the option to send your watch to an official service center on your behalf. As we are not an authorized service center, we do not conduct any repairs or services in house except for a strap or battery change and polishing.
By accepting the same, you may securely ship your watch to our boutique. We will then send the watch to the official service center and await their response. A minimum of ten days is required to receive a scope of repair / service needed along with an estimate for the same. Only once the estimate is accepted will we proceed to give confirmation to move forward with the repair or service. In the case that an estimate is not accepted, Art Of Time will not be liable to bare shipping charges for the return shipment.
