THE PARED-DOWN DESIGN OF THE PIAGET ULTRA-THIN WATCH These designer watches feature elegant lines, elevated by emblematic finishes and echoed by the identifying codes of the dial: off-centre displays, alternating double and simple indexes and “baton” hands. Born in 1957, these bold yet timeless signatures for Swiss luxury watches discretely attract every gaze. The Altiplano ultra-thin watch takes its name from the eponymous plateau nestled in the heart of the Cordillera Andes, whose purity of open, untouched land is directly echoed in the collection’s elegant watches. The ultra-thin movements that dance on its lines are the most slender, as seen in the Altiplano Ultimate Concept and its mechanical 900P-UC movement. Only 2 mm thick, the Altiplano watch is our thinnest luxury watch of all time.
